📌 In 2023, according to the latest estimates, 328.77 million terabytes of data are created each day. In fact, it is estimated that 90% of the world's data was generated in the last two years alone. And By 2025, this figure is expected to skyrocket to a staggering 181 zettabytes.
📌 120 zettabytes of data will be generated by the end of the year.
We are still far from full data exploration (size, quantity, and accuracy, in order to better understand the nature of the data).
📌 Open-source standards and open data formats should be more exploited to enable new business data architecture and critically ameliorate the advantage over the existing architectures.
📌 Through the emergence of a new class of AI applications, often built on top of generative AI, the value brought by their use remains unanswered without high-quality, easily accessible, and abundant data.
