Large language models have emerged as unmatched innovators in the field of artificial intelligence.

Their rapid evolution has produced neural networks capable of generating human-quality text, translating languages with exceptional accuracy, comprehending complex documents, and even writing code with near-human proficiency.

This remarkable progress is driven by the convergence of massive textual datasets, ever-expanding model sizes, and the immense computational power of modern GPU clusters.

LLMs have dominated the AI landscape due to their ability to achieve state-of-the-art performance across various natural language tasks.

However, despite their undeniable capabilities, an objective assessment reveals limitations inherent to relying solely on LLMs' internal knowledge and free-form reasoning.

We must acknowledge these limitations to ensure responsible and effective utilization of artificial intelligence technologies.

▸ This part follows the previous maildrop: "How do you understand the impact of AI systems on your organization?" where we covered the essential point: “decision-makers frequently underestimate the urgency of evaluating their organization's capabilities.”

Now, we'd like to understand the impact of using artificial intelligence, which has immense potential but also has significant downsides and high risks.

Where does that lead your organization?
How do you understand the impact of AI systems on your organization?
